We did not have a strict timeline to meet and they were able to fit us in between some other big projects they had without any issues; the flexibility on their end was very accomodating. Once we had a date locked down they arrived promptly the morning they were supposed to and finished up, I believe, a day earlier than they estimated!

They 100% worked with our budget and always advised us on how to get everything we need for the best price. There were no unexpected surprises tacked on to the quote they originally gave us either, which is not always the case with some companies.

A little bit about the staff. They were fun, friendly, cleaned up after themselves every day, and were very professional. The work that was done finished up beautifully and we are super happy with how everything turned out.

I would absolutely recommend Give it Back Construction for your siding needs. They even donate / "give it back" a portion of the total to a charity of your choice.

TLDR; James Hardie is not the best company to try and communicate with.

The only hitch throughout the entire project was picking James Hardie colors, and that was not due to anything Give it Back Construction did. They went above and beyond to try and help us sort out the color switching mayhem that happened. James Hardie, around April of 2019, completely changed their color line up, and naturally, in March, we had everything planned and picked out, ready to go, only to find out when we went to order that the main siding color just did not exist anymore, was renamed, and added into the more expensive Dream line collection. Then, when we tried to get samples or talk to reps / distributors about the new color lines it seemed like everyone was confused and getting no response from James Hardie about what had just happened with their colors.

Give it Back Construction replaced my old siding with LP diamondcoat siding and it looks flawless! I love that the owners of the company are the installers as well! If your looking for quality siding work they are definitely worth the call!
